Here is a brief overview of a few of the tasks performed while working in our Treetop Zoofari Division
- Daily opening and closing procedures on the Adventure Park courses
- Supervising the progress and experience of all assigned participants
- Fitting harness correctly and supervising the use of all safety equipment
- Conducting safety orientation for each participant
- Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest
- Assuring the safety and well-being of all participants
- Inspecting each platform for safety and cleanliness
- Inspecting harnesses, pulleys, carabineers, and gloves for integrity and cleanliness
- Assisting with check-ins, waivers, and harness distribution
- Conducting complete inspections of all course components and gear
- Assisting with course maintenance efforts
- Attending required training meetings
- Provide some animal exhibit cleanup
